Requirements pack and Supplier Conformance Assessment List (SCAL) template

The SMSP-PDS Requirements Pack (on request from [email protected]) contains specifications that must be complied with during product development.

The Supplier Conformance Assessment List (SCAL) is completed by the Supplier and requires statements of self-declared compliance with a range of standards and policies covering Information Governance, Security and Clinical Safety. It also includes the SMSP-PDS technical conformance requirements. An example is available from [email protected].

If you or your supplier already has a conformant client product (and corresponding ITK conformance certificate) you will not need to complete the SCAL from blank; please contact live services for guidance.
