ITK3 Response Message Definition
This is the MessageDefinition instance for the ITK3 Response message which can be used to return positive and negative responses to a sender who has requested an infrastructure or business level response. The request for a response is done with the handling specification keys set to “true”. See Handling Specification for further information.
