Support for the e-Referral APIs
All issues with live systems must be reported using the Live Service Support process.


During development there are a number of support channels available, depending on the type of support required.

Platforms Support Desk

For support and enquiries regarding the e-RS development environments, including e-RS DEV3 and other Path-To-Live (PTL) environments, please email Platforms Support Desk who will log the details and either resolve the incident or ensure it is passed on to the appropriate NHS Digital or provider resource for resolution.
